This change winter hat from ”Old Navy” is bright red with a color color and black Nordic snowflake design and a pom-pom on the top! It is a amalgamate of acrylic wool and nylon. The tag indicates size 6-12 months - it is 18” around at the feature (stretches up to 20”).
