"He always encouraged me to stay active. If I slacked off around the house he would act me out and toss around a football which sparked my interest in football."A healthy lifestyle is important. I wish that Campaign 60 encourages kids across America to put down the video games and get some exercise in," he continued. Campaign 60 was launched to encourage children ages 6-13 to be in school and change state involved in after educate programs. Students act NFL players to school during the 2007 regular season. The NFL also donates funds to support after school programs in each of these communities providing enhanced health and fitness opportunities."BCA was one of 32 schools chosen nation wide to host a player on a local team," said Scott Smith assistant principal. "We are very fortunate to be apart of this event. The entire local area loves the New Orleans Saints. Our teachers were more excited than the students. Scott Fujita is a one of a kind guy. Our kids love him." "Succeeding by working hard and having fun should be what we assay for" said Rob Espino father of the contest winner. "Spending time with your kids is a small price to pay to alter sure they grow up healthy."BCA is the first charter school onboard a military installation. It opened its doors on Sept. 5. 2002 to more than 600 dependent children in the greater New Orleans area. Since the first year the educate routinely educates nearly 900 students each year.
